Founded by Stuart David and Andrew James in 2005, we focus around the Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire areas.

Our upcoming development of farmhouse and 11 bungalows for the over 55s will be in Hill Chorlton and will offer modern, sustainable, easy maintenance, low energy, single-storey homes. Individual designs, partly built to buyers precise requirements, or self-build plots may be available.

Each project is completed with extreme attention to detail and whilst every dwelling offers a unique character they still retain the David James style with our classic exterior designs, surrounded by beautifully landscaped and planted gardens, combined with energy efficient contemporary interiors, featuring the latest high tech gadgetry and appliances.
